You Me At Six werden gleich im neuen Jahr für sechs Konzerte nach Deutschland kommen.
Mit ihrem inzwischen sechsten Album VI geht die Alternative-Pop-Band aus Großbritannien auf eine ausgedehnte Europa Tournee und wird dabei auch Deutschland beehren. Erst vor kurzem schlossen You Me At Six eine ausverkaufte Tournee in ihrer Heimat ab, die ganze drei ausverkaufte Konzerte in der Londoner Brixton Academy umfasste. Das nennt man dann wohl Erfolg aus ganzer Linie.
Für ihre aktuelle Single Straight To My Head gibt es ein Lyric Video die von der Serie Rick & Morty inspiriert wurde.
Der Regisseur Peter Reeve erklärt zum Video:
“We’ve been long time fans of both You Me at Six and Rick and Morty, so when we had the chance to bring the two together we of course jumped at it! We had a lot of fun creating this and bringing together ideas from the band and using imagery from their back catalogue to create a crazy animation.”
Der You Me At Six Frontman Josh Franceschi sagt:
“We’re excited to share our first ever animated music video, and this is collectively our favourite song from the album. The video has some fun references in there to our other videos from this new album too – we hope our fans enjoy it”
